As president of Rich Media Concepts, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and experience guiding teams and managing complex processes and systems. His deep understanding of people and customer needs  is what really drives the company culture of creating lasting and strong relationships; both internally and externally. Chris knows that it’s people, above all else, that make the difference in being successful.

Chris’ fundamental understanding of business processes  and leadership stem from the rich heritage of Mary Kay Inc. where he started out in distribution, transitioning to international logistics, then to inventory control and product data management.  Along the way establishing some of the best practices that would shape many departmental operations.

Simultaneously, Chris was audio engineering for one of the largest churches in Dallas, TX.  Having done years of large scale productions, this would eventually lead to his founding of Dynamic Media Productions; a full scale video and audio production that did video marketing, commercials, and produced a weekly broadcast that was aired on a major national network.
